I bought this house for $120,000 from the MLS back in Septemeber. The house had tenants in it, which we had to get out. They had a month to month lease, but were paying very low rent. We offered them $500 to move out and keep the place in good shape and they agreed. You can see the before video after they moved out here:
I had one of my full-time contractors work on this one, which saves me money but takes longer. It was basically one guy doing all of the work on the home. We spent about $30,000 on the rehab which included a new roof, paint, flooring, kitchen, baths, fixtures, and many little things. We have about $15,000 in carrying costs and selling costs as well. We will be listing the house for around $200,000, but we have not come up with an exact price yet.
