Saludos querida comunidad, como les conté en mis ultimas dos publicaciones hice a la versión amigurumi de mi tío y su esposa, este fue un encargo muy especial de parte de mi prima, la cosas es que me parecía muy simple solo hacer los amigurumis sin nada que representara que son una pareja con muchos años juntos, así que se me ocurrió hacer una sola base para los dos amigurumis y que esta tuviera algunas flores, la idea estaba en mi cabeza porque nunca lo había hecho antes pero esta era la ocasión perfecta, el resultado me encantó y estoy muy contenta porque ahora puedo ofrecer a mis clientes este tipo de base para los amigurumi en pareja y así darle más opciones de personalización a su gusto 😊

Greetings dear community! As I mentioned in my last two posts, I made amigurumi versions of my uncle and his wife. This was a very special commission from my cousin. The thing is, it seemed too simple to just make the amigurumi without anything to represent that they're a couple who've been together for many years. So, I decided to make a single base for both amigurumi figures and add some flowers to it. The idea had been in my head for a while because I'd never done it before, but this was the perfect opportunity. I loved the result and I'm so happy because now I can offer my clients this type of base for amigurumi couples, giving them more customization options to suit their tastes. 😊

Proceso / Process

Para hacer la base usé hilo acrílico y ganchillo de 1.25mm, hice 16 cadenas de base y sobre estas hice 1 aumento, 14 puntos bajos y 1 aumento de cada lado de las cadenas, después de esta hileras obtendría entonces 36 puntadas, tomaría los 4 puntos de cada esquina como guía para hacer los aumentos, mientras que los 14 puntos de cada lado los haría sin aumentos en cada hilera, por lo tanto al finalizar cada hilera tendría 8 aumentos, es decir 4 en cada esquina creando un óvalo, seguí la secuencia de aumentos hasta obtener un ovalo de 124 puntadas, hice dos iguale y a uno solo de los óvalos le hice una hilera adicional sin aumentos tomando los puntos por detrás.

To make the base I used acrylic yarn and a 1.25mm crochet hook. I made 16 foundation chains and on these I made 1 increase, 14 single crochet stitches and 1 increase on each side of the chains. After this row I would then have 36 stitches. I would take the 4 stitches at each corner as a guide to make the increases, while the 14 stitches on each side would be made without increases in each row. Therefore, at the end of each row I would have 8 increases, that is, 4 at each corner creating an oval. I continued the sequence of increases until I obtained an oval of 124 stitches. I made two of them the same and on only one of the ovals I made an additional row without increases taking the stitches from behind.

Para hacer las hojas hice 14 cadenas de base, luego hice aumente de altura de las puntadas cada dos, es decir, desde el puntos bajos , medio alto y punto alto, del alto hice 6 en el centro, luego de regreso decrecí la altura las puntadas, hice los mismo de ambos lados de cadenas, luego hice una hileras de puntos bajos haciendo aumentos solo en 5 puntadas de la punta introduciendo alambre floral por dentro de las puntadas, de ese modo la hoja mantiene firmeza y se puede unir al tallo de la flor con el alambre excedente.

To make the leaves, I made 14 base chains, then I increased the height of the stitches every two, that is, from single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, of the double crochet I made 6 in the center, then on the way back I decreased the height of the stitches, I did the same on both sides of the chains, then I made a row of single crochet making increases only in 5 stitches of the tip by inserting floral wire through the stitches, in this way the leaf maintains firmness and can be joined to the flower stem with the excess wire.

Para hacer los tulipanes hice 6 puntos ajos en una anillo y 6 aumentos por 3 hileras para obtener 24, luego hice 9 hileras sin aumentos, introduje al alambre para el tallo por dentro, rellené la flor y cosí en forma de cruz. Para el corazón hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo, luego 6 aumentos, continúe solo 6 puntos bajos por 22 hileras y repetí los mismo con los puntos que quedaron, luego uní ambas partes por 2 puntadas, continué con 2 hileras de 8 puntadas, introduje el alambre dándole forma de corazón y cerré los 8 puntos con una aguja de ojal grande, con hilo verde forré los alambres uniendo las hojas.

To make the tulips, I made 6 garter stitches in a ring and increased 6 stitches for 3 rows to get 24 stitches. Then I made 9 rows without increases, inserted the wire for the stem from the inside, stuffed the flower, and sewed it in a cross shape. For the heart, I made 6 single crochet stitches in a ring, then increased 6 stitches, continued with only 6 single crochet stitches for 22 rows, and repeated the same with the remaining stitches. Then I joined both parts with 2 stitches, continued with 2 rows of 8 stitches, inserted the wire shaping it into a heart, and closed the 8 stitches with a large-eye needle. With green yarn, I wrapped the wires, joining the leaves.

Corté dos óvalos de cartón, introduje los tallos de las flores y los alambres para las piernas de los amigurumis asegurando por dentro con silicón caliente, sobresaliendo 7.5 cm de alto y 2.5 cm de distancias entre las piernas, debo decir que están medidas son solo para estos amigurumis que miden entre 16 y 17 cm. Luego con aguja de hojas grande e hilo acrílico uní ambos óvalos para crear la base.

I cut two cardboard ovals, inserted the flower stems and the wires for the amigurumi legs, securing them from the inside with hot glue. They protruded 7.5 cm in height and 2.5 cm between the legs. I should mention that these measurements are only for these amigurumi, which measure between 16 and 17 cm. Then, using a large needle with a leaf shape and acrylic yarn, I joined both ovals to create the base.
