Tranquility is one of the most necessary feelings in life, having those moments where you can enjoy the total absence of disturbance allows us to fully develop in any area of life, not everyone easily achieves tranquility, many including me we go through life in a hectic way, attending to external problems with so much effort that consequently the disturbance comes from within, we forget to forgive ourselves for mistakes and we repress ourselves when we see that we do not achieve dreams or solve day-to-day problems successfully .
Sin embargo, debemos buscar las herramientas necesarias para alcanzar nuestra tranquilidad, creo que el mejor ejemplo lo tenemos en la naturaleza, donde los animales que viven en grupos coexisten de forma armónica y donde las perturbaciones a la tranquilidad son casi nulas, porque todo forma parte del equilibrio natural, por eso una de la formas de encontrar tranquilidad es rodearnos de personas que no nos perturben, que sus ideales, intenciones y principios sean armónicos con los nuestros, donde la relaciones se basen en el respeto y la reciprocidad, no siempre los miembros de la familia dan esa tranquilidad, pero cuando es así es una gran ventaja, por otro lado, toda persona debería ser capaz de alejar a todas las personas que le quitan la tranquilidad, empezar a formar relaciones laborales, de amistad y de compañerismo que ayuden a sentirse tranquilo.
However, we must look for the necessary tools to achieve our tranquility, I believe that the best example we have in nature, where animals that live in groups coexist harmoniously and where disturbances to tranquility are almost nil, because everything is part natural balance, so one of the ways to find peace of mind is to surround ourselves with people who do not disturb us, whose ideals, intentions and principles are in harmony with ours, where relationships are based on respect and reciprocity, not always family members give that peace of mind, but when it is like that it is a great advantage, on the other hand, everyone should be able to distance all the people who take away their peace of mind, start forming work relationships, friendships and companionship that help you feel calm.
When one manages to find friends assertively and manages to have an occupation that he likes in a healthy environment, in addition to having harmony at home, then he can have those pleasant moments of tranquility, where he could rest surrounded by important people in his life without the slightest fear and with the feeling of being safe because he is resting under the shadow of tranquility.
With our actions and life decisions we can sow the seed of tranquility, which will grow little by little, when our tranquility has become a great tree, with strong roots that keep it firm on the ground and with leafy leaves that give us shade, we can be the ones to provide that tranquility to loved ones, invite them to rest under the shade of our tree.
