In the South of Siberia, in the Minusinsk basin, in the period from the 8th century BC to the 3rd century BC there was Tagar Archaeological culture. Archaeologists attribute to the Tagar culture of the Scythian world. One of the common features is the production of bronze boilers in the form of wine glasses.
