Greetings, friends at Liketu, how are you? I hope you are well. Today I am very happy because after three years of studying, I finally graduated 👨🎓. I just received my certificate and returned to the company to continue working.
I was studying at INCES's National Apprenticeship Program (PNA). The program lasted three years: one and a half years of theory and another year and a half of practical training at a company. This allowed me to join one of the best companies and learn everything about administrative management within it, including legal procedures and everything else involved.
I have always tried to be very attentive in order to learn and support them in whatever they asked of me. I have worked in administration, but I have also been an operator in the areas of production, warehousing, thermo, and mixing. Not only did I learn what I needed to know about human resources, but I also learned some things about marketing, sales techniques, and market research. Thank God I have learned a lot and always tried to give them my best work and support, and it seems that my efforts have paid off.
I no longer wear the white INCES uniform; I now wear the company uniform since they decided to make me part of their team, and thank God, as soon as I graduated, I had the opportunity to put my studies into practice🙌.

Saludos, amigos de Liketu, ¿cómo están? Espero que estén bien. Hoy estoy muy feliz ya que despues de 3 años estudiando por fin me gradue 👨🎓. Solo recibí mi certificado y volví a la empresa para seguir laborando.
Yo estaba estudiando en el PNA Programa Nacional de Aprendizaje en el INCES, esta carrera duraba 3 años, un año y medio de teorias y otro año y medio de practicas en la empresa. Esto me hizo entrar a uuna de las mejores empresas y aprender todo sobre el manejo administrativo dentro de esta, aprender como son los manejos legales y todo lo que esto involucra.
Siempre he tratado de estar muy atento para aprender y apoyarlos en lo que me pidieran. He trabajado en administración pero tambien he sido operario en las areas de producción, almacen, termo y mezcladora, no solo aprendi lo necesario sobre Recursos Humanos, tambien he aprendido algunas cosas sobre el mercadeo y tecnicas de ventas y estudio del mercado. Gracias a Dios he aprendido mucho y siempre trate de darles mi mejor trabajo y apoyo y parece que mis esfuerzoa han dado fruos.
Ya no uso el uniforme blanco del INCES, ya uso el uniforme de la empresa ya que decidieron que forme parte de su equipo de trabajo y gracias a Dios apenas me gradué tengo la oportunidad de ejercer mis estudios🙌.
