Hoy les traigo un tema sobre la importancia de realizar networking y conocer gente para mejorar la calidad de los contactos que se tienen, también para conocer nuevas amistades que ayuden a crecer como persona o simplemente para descubrir nuevos amigos. Bueno, aquí les cuento cómo me ha ayudado estar abierto a comunicarme con las personas.
Uno de los errores que cometo cuando estoy realizando networking es no conocer muy bien a la otra persona, no haber investigado su perfil. Bueno, esto lo digo porque, si antes de contactarme con una persona leo su información, ya sea en LinkedIn o Instagram, sobre lo que le gusta, sabré cómo hablarle o qué preguntas hacerle. Esto me pasa cuando estoy buscando con quién conectar para hacer proyectos; siempre tengo que saber un poquito de la otra persona, al menos lo básico, para hacer una conexión.
Además, como estoy emprendiendo con mi marca personal en LinkedIn, también cuando quiero conocer gente veo si los temas que comparte en su red social van a ser de mi interés, o también si lo que publico en LinkedIn le va a servir a esa persona.
Uno de los beneficios de realizar networking con otras personas es que, por medio de ellas, en ocasiones se pueden conocer eventos interesantes o cursos. Esto sucede porque una persona activa que comparte información puede traer justo lo que necesitas, ya sea para aprender un nuevo curso o para conocer nuevas formas de pensar.
Bueno, me gusta escribir aquí en Hive. Aquí he descubierto un nuevo sentido para escribir blogs, sobre todo porque puedo conectar con nuevas personas y en nichos específicos.
Me ha gustado el nicho de deportes y también todo lo relacionado con el crecimiento personal; es algo increíble. Y bueno, también ahora el anime, aunque aún no les he escrito sobre películas. Todavía tengo que pensar en todas las películas sobre las que me gustaría escribir.
También, como emprendedor que maneja su marca personal, me gusta estar en LinkedIn, sobre todo haciendo publicaciones sobre talento humano. Me gusta estar ahí, pero claro, sin obsesionarme con las métricas, ya que ahí te muestran constantemente si están altas o bajas.
Otra red social en la que estoy, aunque más por diversión, es X. También me gusta estar ahí porque la uso como canal para promocionar mis blogs de Hive y porque, además, es un gran espacio para realizar charlas.
Ahora les cuento también que, para mí, una parte importante de realizar networking es comentar las publicaciones.
Aquí me gusta comentar en los posts de Hive sobre los temas que me llaman la atención. Me gusta comentar en las comunidades de Full Deportes, Holos Lotus y The Anime Realm, porque son lugares donde comparten contenido interesante para mí.
Igualmente, sé que apoyar y dar mi opinión en otros blogs trae mucho aprendizaje.
También, realizar networking no es solo conocer a una persona, hablarle y que pase un evento para luego no volverla a contactar. Las buenas relaciones también se construyen y se siembran.
En mi caso, sigo manteniendo contacto con las personas que conozco: estar comunicándome, preocupándome y preguntándoles “hola, ¿cómo estás?”. Con el tiempo, seguir comunicándome es una buena estrategia para continuar sembrando nuevas amistades.
Además, esto me ha traído amistades de diferentes países y, claro, me ha permitido seguir creando y creciendo, sabiendo que hay otras personas que también están ahí, recorriendo este mismo camino de emprendimiento o de creación.

Today I bring you a topic about the importance of networking and meeting people to improve the quality of the contacts we have, as well as to make new friendships that help us grow as individuals or simply to discover new friends. Well, here I want to tell you how being open to communicating with people has helped me.
One of the mistakes I make when networking is not knowing the other person very well or not having researched their profile beforehand. I say this because if, before contacting someone, I read their information, whether on LinkedIn or Instagram, and learn about what they like, I will know how to talk to them or what questions to ask. This happens to me when I am looking for people to connect with for projects; I always need to know a little about the other person, at least the basics, in order to build a connection.
Also, since I am building my personal brand on LinkedIn, when I want to meet people, I check whether the topics they share on their social network are of interest to me, or whether what I publish on LinkedIn could be useful to that person.
One of the benefits of networking with other people is that, through them, we can sometimes discover interesting events or courses. This happens because an active person who shares information can bring exactly what you need, whether it is to learn something new or to discover new ways of thinking.
Well, I enjoy writing here on Hive. Here I have discovered a new meaning for blogging, especially because I can connect with new people and with specific niches.
I have really enjoyed the sports niche and everything related to personal growth; it is something incredible. And now also anime, although I have not yet written to you about movies. I still have to think about all the films I would like to write about.
Also, as an entrepreneur managing my personal brand, I enjoy being on LinkedIn, especially making posts about human talent. I like being there, but of course, without becoming obsessed with the metrics, since the platform constantly shows whether they are high or low.
Another social network I use, although more for fun, is X. I also enjoy being there because I use it as a channel to promote my Hive blogs and because it is also a great space for conversations.
Now, I also want to tell you that, for me, an important part of networking is commenting on posts.
Here, I enjoy commenting on Hive posts about topics that catch my attention. I like commenting in communities such as Full Deportes, Holos Lotus, and The Anime Realm because they are places where people share content that is interesting to me.
Likewise, I know that supporting and sharing my opinion on other blogs brings a lot of learning.
Also, networking is not just about meeting someone, talking to them, and then letting the connection disappear after one interaction. Good relationships are also built and cultivated.
In my case, I continue staying in touch with the people I meet: communicating with them, checking in, and asking them, “Hello, how are you?” Over time, continuing to communicate is a great strategy for planting and growing new friendships.
In addition, this has brought me friendships from different countries and, of course, it has allowed me to keep creating and growing, knowing that there are other people out there who are also walking this same path of entrepreneurship and creation.
