I just came across a very insightful video, and I wanted to share it with you.
Quick update first, It's been a busy week for little itchykitten here. I've been moving everything out of the big house and into the Tinyhouse + Garage. One of my web clients is doing a book launch soon, and we're building a new website for her. Also, I've been crazy fucking obsessed over Steem. Lol...I love you guys and gals, but one thing I'm currently getting better at is managing my own time. I want to be writing every day. I'm going to try to focus back the amount of Steemit surfing I'm doing, and get my writing done first. Then I can use an hour or so curating and exploring all you wonderful people. Mindset has been of paramount importance to me in managing my life as a self employed adult for the last ten years.
I've been working on shooting some videos over the last few days, I've never done it before. In addition to writing, I want to be getting a little bit of consistent exercise a day, no matter how small, as long as I start...its the starting thats hard. I'm making a handful of short, shooting for 3-5 minute videos, on fun exercises you can do wherever, whenever. While you're waiting at the bus stop, standing in line at a store, stuck in school, stuck in work, whatever!
So, this blows my mind. Jason does it every time though. If you like it check out the youtube channel. Maybe we should try to get him on Steemit. At any rate, here's something to chew on. It's 3 minutes, and is a really important thing to think about.
Thank you for tuning in! I have some pretty exciting stories to share this week. One of them in particular is going to blow your lid off...you will never look at another human being in the same way ever again. That's a pretty tall claim, stick around see how it holds up =)
