Found Something Special in RDR 2.

I was so excited to see Hive account@theindiankid showing actual ghost from RDR 2 in here that I left everything and started playing this game for hours right away that day and to be honest, I got some goosebumps, I was scared not in the game but in real time even though it was daytime in my real life.

I found two special things from my play that day and now that there's a contest Gaming Photography asked to show something special, I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Spot Something Special showing and talking about the special things that I spotted in RDR 2.

I was in Valentine and it was already midnight in the game when I started playing which already told me that till I reach the swamps in Saint Denis, it'll be daytime. And yes, my target was to roam around the same swamp that Hive account@theindiankid talked about to feel the thrill.

As I was playing at daytime but I wanted to feel the real thrill, I had my room's veil covered in a way so the room gets dark and I used my Corsair headphone with a high volume so I only hear music and other sounds of the game.

Opening the map, I was spotting which I way I should follow and as per Hive account@theindiankid's suggestion and I already know the swamps were near Saint Denis, I thought the exact spot should be around Lagras so I made my waypoint there and started riding.

When I was riding my horse and it was only a matter of time, I noticed the darkness was reducing as the sun was about to rise soon.

Then I noticed some wild horses on my way and I thought I should ride one of them when my pet horse can follow me cause we were going on a long trip and the horses loses energy as well so I wished to have a backup horse, that's all.

Using my lasso, I made the running horse stop and then I went close to him and I jumped on him. He started behaving like a crazy dude and I kept trying to break him down and at last I could do that.

There, I was riding the wild horse when my pet horse was following me and both of us were running fast.

On the way, I stopped there to help a lady and it turned out, she was a robber and there came more of her peoples. When I was taking them down, the wild horse escaped the place.

I was close to the swamp and was around an abandoned place and the sun was already shining on us.

I stopped there for a moment to see which way takes me towards Lagras as I stopped checking on the map and its the right-side way, so let's go that way.

I was already in the swamp or that's what I think it is and all I've found were some crocodiles on the ground near the roads and even daytime in the game, there's this creepy music when I ride on these paths.

Getting out of the swamps, I started talking with local peoples around there to kill time as I needed wait till the next nightfall to get the thrilling experiences in the swamp forest.

Some peoples were easier to talk to when some were too busy to talk but I kept trying and its also fun as these NPC talks like real person.

Suddenly this man fell on my eyesight from his horse and before that, he was asking if I could help him. I got off my horse and I walked towards him carefully cause who knows, this man could be a robber as well.

I noticed its a real massacre and that man needs urgent help. I know I needed to stay around for the nightfall but I couldn't stop helping this man so I carried him on my shoulder and stowed him on the back of my horse.

Then I started riding my horse fast towards Saint Denis to find a doctor who can get this fellow some help and there I've found this doctor's chamber of Dr. Joseph R.

The doctor asked me to put him on that chair there and then he started examining what happened and what could be done.

His left hand was done for and the doctor was saying that it should cut off to let the man live and the sick man handed me over some money for my help. If I had the option to reject it, I'd definitely do that.

Using anesthesia, the doctor made the man sleep and unconscious and then he started cutting the hand using that saw. The doctor asked me to leave if I couldn't handle this situation but I stayed to see what happens.

There, the doctor was done cutting the hand and the cutting part goes to the bin there.

Then the doctor started taking rest and was thanking me that I took him in time otherwise he'd lose his life.

I was feeling sad for him and I was hoping that I could carry him on a bed there but there's no way for that.

The swamp was calling me, don't you forget that.

Getting out of the doctor's chamber, I started riding my horse towards Lagras and the sun left us on the way and it was night at the time when I reached the forest.

I noticed on the map that some bounty hunters were looking for me but I was not looking for a fight, not at this time and not in this place for sure so I ignored them.

When I was at this place, the creepy music was getting creepier and I don't know why I was feeling a little scared as its just a game.

Moving forward, I found these peoples on the forest who were slaughtering someone who set a camp there to pass the night maybe. They started escaping the place as soon as they noticed me.

Running after them, I managed to stop this man and believe me, I had a tiny epileptic seizure at that very moment when I jumped on that man.

There were more peoples started shooting me from the forest and it was hard taking them down in the dark. This was the last of them who came close to me and I shot him from this close range.

Then I was riding there noticing the beautiful milky way and I stopped hoping to find the ghost in this moonlit and I stopped hoping to find anything special at all.

But suddenly I noticed fires in the jungle and I went to that road leaving my horse behind and I found these peoples worshipping something wearing white costumes holding fires on their hands and they looked like monks.

When someone was leaving a speech, something turned out wrong and that wooden cross was set on fire somehow and everyone started escaping the place running fast.

I was noticing all these things hiding behind a tree and it looked funny how the devotees were escaping the place suddenly.

When all the devotees in white dress escaped the spot, this man in black was also leaving the place but slowly and I started following him and I called him from behind. Don't this scene look scary?

When Arthur start talking about their wrong devotions, the man started fighting me in bare hands and he seemed both strong and well-trained and was almost got me.

Luckily I had guns with me which freaked him out and then I started punching him hard when he gave up fighting back seeing me armed.

The sun rose again soon after I left the jungle and I stopped playing for that day thinking I might come find the ghost another day. And here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
