My first pencil drawings in our Fine arts class 2012

Hello Steemians! Anyone interested in drawing out there? well, heres how i started my journey into drawing realism!
Here are some drawing exercises we made in fine arts class in the University of Mindanao here in Davao City.

Basic shapes and shading them to make it 3D
These elements of art are lines shape form and tonal value and texture!
Have you tried these? these are useful to practice basic shading.

starting out with art, its normal to have rough shading :)

This is my first time ever to draw it like this. I was 18 back then.



This exercise we made to practice dark and light patterns and identifying them.

Then some still life with some live models and lighting

Here is our midterm exam, draw something made out of squiggly lines drawn continuously and non stop. so once your pencil hits the paper, you cant lift it and you have to draw something good.

This was the only thing i can think of haha
