Below are the food we had for our Sunday dinner. We found a new Cafe that sells Malaysia, Asian authentic food....just open 10days ago.
Authentic Malaysian KL Black Noodle.
Really authentic, as it comes with pork lard skin besides the prawns, sliced pork and vegetables. Not many restaurants or cafe served with crispy pork lard skin. Labour intensive to deep fried them.
They fried with black sauce same as what Malaysian KL Noodle are being done.
This dish is their own speciality. The normal Cantonese Wat Tan Hor only has Kwai Teow in smooth silky sauce. But this consists of 2 kinds (Kwai Teow and Bee Hoon) deep fried and then topped with smooth silky egg gravy.
It has big prawns cuttlefish, sliced pork and vegetables.
This dish is called Ngoh Hiang. It is very popular in Indonesian, Malaysian and Singapore.
It has minced pork, mushroom, carrots, prawns, shallots and spring onions. The ingredients are wrapped inside a bean curd sheet before being deep fried.
They are served with a special slightly sweet sauce.
Enjoy this dish very much.
Hope you all like my dinner post.
Thanks for reading and supporting.
