After securing the Flippers in the previous chapter, we are finally ready to explore the watery depths of Lake Hylia. To be honest, having the ability to swim changes everything! The lake is massive and filled with secrets that were previously out of our reach. Our main objective now is to find the entrance to the next sanctuary: the Temple of Droplets.
Navigating the lake required a mix of swimming and using our Minish size. We found a small path that led us to a Minish-sized hole near the shore. Once inside, we had to navigate through some narrow corridors until we reached the elder Librari’s cabin again. This time, we were looking for a way to enter the temple, which is completely frozen. After a brief chat, we learned that the entrance is hidden beneath the ice and that we needed to find a specific spot to dive and enter from below.
Exploring the surroundings of the temple was a very didactic experience. We had to dodge aquatic enemies and time our dives perfectly. Finally, we found a small opening in the ice that allowed us to enter the Temple of Droplets. I must say, the atmosphere of this dungeon is incredible; the contrast between the water and the ice creates some very unique puzzles. One of the first things we noticed is that the temple is quite slippery, and we’ll need to use the environment to our advantage to move forward.
Inside the temple, we’ve already started finding some interesting things, like small keys and hidden paths behind frozen walls. This chapter was all about the transition from the sunny shores of Lake Hylia to the cold interior of the third sanctuary. The combination of the Flippers and our Minish form is proving to be essential for this part of the journey. I’m really excited to see what kind of boss awaits us at the end of this frozen labyrinth!

Esta vez, buscábamos una forma de entrar al templo, que está completamente congelado. Tras una breve charla, aprendimos que la entrada está oculta bajo el hielo y que necesitábamos encontrar un punto específico para bucear y entrar desde abajo.
Explorar los alrededores del templo fue una experiencia muy didáctica. Tuvimos que esquivar enemigos acuáticos y sincronizar nuestros clavados a la perfección. Finalmente, encontramos una pequeña abertura en el hielo que nos permitió entrar al Templo de una Gota. Debo decir que la atmósfera de esta mazmorra es increíble; el contraste entre el agua y el hielo crea algunos acertijos muy únicos. Una de las primeras cosas que notamos es que el templo es bastante resbaladizo, y necesitaremos usar el entorno a nuestro favor para avanzar.
Dentro del templo, ya hemos empezado a encontrar algunas cosas interesantes, como llaves pequeñas y caminos ocultos detrás de paredes congeladas. Este capítulo se trató de la transición de las soleadas orillas del Lago Hylia al frío interior del tercer santuario. La combinación de las aletas y nuestra forma Minish está resultando esencial para esta parte de la travesía. ¡Estoy muy emocionado por ver qué tipo de jefe nos espera al final de este laberinto helado!
