Hello Steemit,
Like many people on this platform, I came to this website because of its content on the cryptocurrency market and being new almost all of this: cryptocurrencies, forums, social medias, and honestly anything to with having an online presence. I decided this is one of the best places to learn.
I always felt that future was heading towards the Internet with its many technological advances, but being an immigrant and barely speaking the language, I was never able to learn anything about it. I never want to be left behind by technology, and I always believed it’s never too late to learn, so despite being 54 years old. I’ve dedicated myself to learning more about emerging advancements in technology which sparked my interest in cryptocurrencies and therefore Steemit.
Now, some additional information about me that you might find interesting. I was a political immigrant from Honduras when I was in my 20s and I am a father of 3 beautiful children, and husband to my amazing wife. So, it is also due to my children that I feel like I should learn about technology and the Internet because I feel like I owe it to them to still be involved in some of their interests. Anyways, I look forward to learning new things on this website everyday and getting more involved in the community.
