2. Rf6! Kh7 (2. ... Qxf6 3. exf6 followed by 4. Rxg7 doesn't help.)
3. Rxg7+! Kxg7
4. Qxh6+ Kg8
5. Qg5+ Kh7
6. Rh6# Checkmate.

End position:

1. ... Qxe8
2. Rf6! g6
3. Qxh6+ Kg8
4. h5! (The fastest win!) Nxe5
5. Rh4! Nbd7 (Other moves don't help: the longest variation start with 5. ... Qa8-a2+-g2+d4+ and so on ...)

7. Rxg4 Nxf6 (Of course 7. ... fxg6 only delays the loss.)
