Yesterday was a bit rainy but it did not stop us from exploring the south coast of the Gaspésie region, near Bonaventure and Saint-Siméon. In the end it lead us to a small beach where we took a walk. The rain had just stopped and the sun was coming out, so we were pretty lucky to be able to snap these cool pictures.
The cliffs were impressive and have a distinct reddish, dark orange color, same as all the stones that were laying on the beach.
But what captured the imagination of my little kid was the numerous medusa that lay dead on the beach. It was fascinating to him, this gelatinous thing filled with orange, yellow insides.
That, and of course throwing stones into the sea, which could very well be a full-day occupation for him; he cannot get bored of this 😅
