Happy Friday everyone. Time to do the Friday workout routine.
But before that, I started with a 10-minute warm up with some light bicep curls and tricep push-downs using resistance bands, light enough just to stimulate blood flow and not tire the muscles. After that, I stretched my wrist and did some wrist rotations. Lastly, I did some leg stretches since I'll be doing leg exercises.
For the main workout, I started with pike push-ups, for 3 sets of 11 reps. I tried hard to maintain my form here. I sweated a lot as a result. Even if this was just the first exercise, my sweat is like I was on my second or third exercise already. Next, I moved on to burpees with one count push-up. I did 3 sets of 10 reps, keeping a max interval of only one minute between sets.
Next I did a seated L-Sit elevations with 3 sets of 10 reps, trying to engage my core as much as possible. After that, I moved on to jumping squats. I did 3 sets of 15 reps. I then did 3 sets with 8 reps of negative pull-ups. I still tried to prolong the descent as much as I could. Finally, I finished off with 3 sets of mountain climbers, with 30 reps on the first two sets, then 40 reps on the last set.
The workout took me more than 1 hour. I was able to burn 479 KCal with today's workout.

After the workout, I spent 10 minutes stretching and cooling down before I took a bath.
