Mind the gap!
This one was an exercise in speed drawing. I was really hustling to get it done today. Took me about 4 to 5 hours total. Not too shabby :) As you can see, I got a bit carried away with the detail...
I just noticed that the warrior aboard the airship is holding his axe dangerously close to the balloon! Woops XD
Here is the pencil drawing before I inked it. Very soft line. I'm quite happy with this drawing. I might have to do a digital version.
It almost looks like a dense fog all around. I originally had chimney smoke but thought it was too much detail.
Hope you peeps enjoy this drawing. It's nice when you can crank something out without having to get too much into fine detail. I think it does the job :)
