Without a doubt, for my self-esteem, which I have first on the list of my priorities, my sanctuaries of relaxation are: the activities that I do outdoors and in my room. They are safe places to achieve the things I love to do, they are my paradises to let go of traumas, take charge of my mental peace and rebuild myself little by little, to adapt to new places, situations and achieve a state of greater well-being, grow, expand my life, be more aware, be more emotionally available, respond to life's challenges, and make my own dreams come true.
Why, are my paradises safe for relaxation?
Because that way I honor my physical and mental health. Because it is my best fuel to recharge the well-being of my brain with oxygen, glucose and love.They are the most magnificent spaces to relax, relieve stress and recharge after a long day at work. My other sanctuary, is my room, it's a place where I can disconnect and escape from any situation.
Every day in my room, I try to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, with soft lights, I use a splash, I usually call it Mist because it is an organic mixture that I prepare with lavender and lemon essential oils, it is super relaxing. Not everything has to be productivity. I also deserve to rest. I deserve a moment without guilt, without the corri corri and without demanding so much of myself. Sometimes, resting is also healing. In my room I give myself pause, silence, calm... or just time for myself, I enjoy my hair styler with my personal things like my makeup, among other things, perfumes and routine to cleanse and moisturize my skin.
