Asslamoalekum hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome another blog. I hope ae all doing. I am also doing pretty well and having a great weekend. It was sund. I love Sundays because it's a day for preparing for next week. It's a day of rest and enjoyment. I love to spend my Sundays wandering around the nature. So here I am sharing my today's photo walking activity alongside my best friend at a very natural and amazing place.
I got up very late in the morning. After having my breakfast, I went to a nearby mechanic shop. My bike was out of order, so the mechanic did his best to set my bike. While he was busy in doing necessary things with bike, I weighed my weight. My weight was 70 kg. I gained three kg of weight. I was 67 kg few days ago and I was feeling weakness. So I managed to gain my weight and now I am feeling better and stronger than before.
Today me and dmy friend decided to go for long walk. First we went to nearby town that is called That hi sharif town and handed my bike to one of our friend. We decided to return by walking. My village is seven to eigh kilometres away from Thathi Sharif. So our target was to cover this distance by walking briskly.
At 06 PM, we reached there and handed my bike to my friend. First we warmed up and walked bit slowly. After walking for almost ten minutes, we started walking briskly.
It was bit humid out there. The sun was setting in the west. The evening time is one of my favourite time of the day because try to utilise this time in my physical activity.
Walking on the natural canal track is something very rechargeable for mind and body. The blue water of thal canal was looking very beautiful. The reflection of sun could easily be seen in the watee of thal cana. There were plenty of green trees and plants on the eastern side of this wonderful rough track. This track is a blessing for us. We are very lucky that we have such a wonderful place to continue our physical activity. The cows, goats and sheep were grazing beside the canal track. We saw some shepherds wandering in the little jungle near the track. They had water bottles and lunch boxes alongside them.



We were enjoying evening walk while having quality gup shup. We feel ourselveey lucky because we have leisure ime in the evening to carry our physical activities like walking. There were plenty of natural scenes around us. We were having our best time out there.









My actifit app went out of order on the way. That's why I am surprised to see the results. I completed eight km all but my steps were 4k which is too less.
