Asslmaekum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well.
In this blog I will sahre my walking activity with you guys. Two days ago I decided to quit sugar from my diet and started taking healthy diet. The reason behind this change is my lipid profile test report. Unfortunately I gained four kg weight in last couple of months. And my cholesterol level and truglesrides have crossed bkrder line. My report was a serious concern for me. Because bad cholesterol and truglesrides were hivh and good cholesterol wad low. It was quite unexpected situation for me. I was feeling little pain in my chest at left side. I was feeling little difficulty in taking breath. O it was squite alarming situation for me. I went to DHQ hospital Mianwali and went through from different tests and examined myself thoroughly. I went through from lipid profile test, Echo test and ECG test. Alhamdolillah Ecg and echo test was nlrmal while as I said earlier lipid profile test was bit abnormal. Here I am sharing my echo report in the picture below.
Now I have changed mu routine and started brisk walk in the evening while I do different
exercises in the morning to remove belly fat. I am trying to be consistent in it. Now I realised where I went wrong. I did physical activities but I didn't quit sugar. That's why tge cholesterol level was high. Ad my belly fat also increased.
Today I started my brisk walk from cricket ground a Pai Khel playground. Later I climbed on my favorite track that is called canal track.
The clouds were wandering in the sky. Cool breeze was blowing. It was bit overcast conditions. The track was tailor made for vrisk walk. I saw some people busy in walking. The sun was setting in the west and the reflection of the sum could be seen in the blue water of canal. The grewn trees were looking awesome.
It was a lonely walk. Today I was in complete walking dress. I have wore proper shoes and enjoyed lonely bisk walk. The romantic weather was tailor made for this physical activity.
I enjoyed my evening walk. At night Ienjoyed chicken currylunch and after that I ate one of my favorite fruit that is called watermelon.
