Sixth day of my Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar food series. A grouper is a type of fish that can grow to large extents. They are big mouthed because they swallow their prey. A type of grouper prevalent in the Philippines is the leopard coral trout or locally known as the Lapu-Lapu named after Cebu’s historically famous chief captain. This particular dish is crunchy to the bone because it’s deep fried, wasn’t fishy at all which I really liked. This is my entry to the #dailyfoodphotography contest, initiated by and hosted by
