On Monday (19), a major turning point for the future of cryptocurrency will take place. This is the G20's two-day meeting - a group of finance ministers and heads of the central banks of the world's 19 largest economies plus European Union - in Argentina. The main theme is to discuss digital currencies.
The main objective is to come up with a common denominator on market regulation. The eyes of the vast majority, and especially of the investors will be stuck in the meeting. There is the possibility of not reaching a common denomination in these two days, but the market will be analyzing between the lines what will be the measures adopted later.
The starting point for such a meeting, part of Japan and the European Union, both seek the regulation of cryptocurrency and means to have a greater control of them, seeking to avoid money laundering.
If it reaches a possible regulation, we will be taking a giant step forward. New investors entered the market and raised asset prices.
