Good morning dear friends, God bless you all, I really am very grateful for all the great support you have given me and I specifically want to thank you because in the last publication entitled "God's blessings" I have overcome the gain, I had never arrived I do not want 2.0 steem and thanks to you today that publication has 6.1 so I was very surprised, I can only say that what I can support here will be to serve you.
Today I want to share a short topic entitled "Valuing the time of others" generally we want to pay due attention and due respect, because it is what we usually expect, however often this is not the case, so we should analyze deeply without making excuses for the reason why we have not valued the delivery of others with respect to us. God himself in creating man respect his decision to choose, giving him a mind with power of decision and objectivity, that is, we are not obliged to fulfill what God says but rather for genuine love in gratitude to be faithful to his word, this way I can compare what God did and value the time of others must be something genuine, sincere, simple, if we are able to hope that they give us the best, we should be able to give as a quality of the children of God.
Inside and outside religious organizations I have observed that leaders absorb their followers with the excuse that they must listen "everything" must tolerate "everything" that that person who has the purpose of issuing a certain message, have become in a way in people who force others to listen to them at any cost. The most obvious excuse shown by this type of moderators is: you must listen to this, it is necessary that everything you bring must admit regardless of whether there are 1, 2 hours of message there should be an order and respect to the audience remembering that the time of the Recipients is also very important, I remember a very famous saying in my country that says: Time is not going back, around us we have people are thinking beings that is our neighbor and although training, preaching, courses, are necessary to grow , we must structure communication strategies well, establish a limit as much as possible.
When we plant good thins we will receive good things, when we know how to express ourselves to an audience not only with charisma but with due knowledge we will have a better reach and our neighbor will be loved as himself because we have considered it.
