African Blockchain Conference Is Happening in Uganda.

Ugandan's are really spearheading this blockcain conversation in East Africa and It is nice to see that their Ministry of ICT is working hard hosting such great events.

I may not be attending but Hive account@jaraumoses and Hive account@ireneblessing maybe you guys can fill us in on what happens.
