'm not much of a fan of modern art, but there are exceptions. And here's one of them:
This thing of beauty was made by Antony Gormley, and located in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, England. The sculpture was made of steel, and with a wingspan larger than a 747. And despite being the largest Angel statue, it gives a sense of grace and weightlessness, not bulk. I never visited it in person, but it captured the imagination of the observer as if it's alive.
