I recently saw there was a large crowd-funding campaign for a new platform called Zappl.
Zappl claims to be the "Twitter of Steemit" and will create a decentralized micro-blogging platform built into the STEEM blockchain. This will allow for short, quick status updates in which the user can receive rewards.
Today Zappl claims to be over 83% funded. In order to fund the campaign, users are asked to purchase Zappl's token otherwise known as ZAPPL.
The Zappl's are available here: https://openledger.io/market/ZAPPL_OPEN.SBD
On launch the costs of this asset is:
1 ZAPPL for 1 bitusd
1 ZAPPL for 1 SBD
There are currently a little over 6,900 units left on the market.
It might be a good idea to pick some up. Upon launch the token could see a great increase in value.
What do you think this means for the future of STEEM?
