My habit
I have a special habit. That is when I feel down, I eat alot. That why I have a chubby face :))
The benifit of this habit :))
Today, I found good information about this. So I want to share it for all of you guy.
Study shows that food can increase positive emotions. Eating can help you to release the psychological well. However, the effect of it depends on what you eat, because there are foods that are good for your heath but there are not good.
What are the food which can help to release the psychological well?
- Mushroom
They provide a lot of vitamin D for your body
- Green tea
Using green tea daily helps increase amount of antioxidants.
Attention: You should use green tea after meal about a hour and do not use when you hungry to avoid damaging stomach
- Black chocolate
They balance blood pressure and increase blood flow
- Walnut
It reduce concentration of dopamine in the brain to help improve positive emotions. It is good choice.
- Yogurt
Yogurt also provides a large amount of good bacteria to the intestinal tract,
which helps to deliver good signals to the nervous system
