Everyone has his/her own definition of life, and we create the lifestyle we want from our thoughts and actions. You can continue by adding a list of your strengths, like what you're good at, what you're bad at. This will help in paying attention to your self positively and eliminate the failure you thought you were.

A core reason why we become sop frustrated and depressed is simply because expect things top remain the same way they were. Nevertheless, life is full of change, by all means we should strive to accept whatever life throws at us, open yourself up to the process of growth and change, and learn to adjust to new challenges and situations that comes up.
Cultivating positive emotions, which includes happiness, cheerfulness, joy and a merry heart, will help you develop flexibility. Look for what's helpful and what isn't. Atleast with this way you'll be able to identify the responses that are helpful and the one's that aren't helpful or useful. By all means we should look at negative effects as learning experience.
