Happy friday steemians. Today i was preparing our lunch menu.
ADOBO
Our best dish here in the Philippines, this is the way i make my own adobo.
Ingredients:
1kilo chicken cut into fist sized
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4cup soy sauce
1/4cup vinegar
Oil
Medium onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Procedure:
#1. Saute garlic and onion.
#2. Add chicken, make it brown to make sure the chicken is already cooked well.
#3. Add soy sauce, pepper and ajinamoto "betchin".
Lastly after 5mins. Add vinegar.
After 3mins its done.
You can now your own adobong manok.
