I got whey protein, creatine, and pre workout. I like whey because i can take it with every meal to up my protein and calories.
And I already have the whey protein. So after taking my 1st scoop of pre workout I didn't feel any different before taking it? Because of my size and height I'm wondering if I should have taken a scoop and a half.
Pre-workout with 3g of creatine in it, is that good enough or should (once i use it up) switch to straight creatine powder to take a shot of before i workout. Also, my whey protein powder has some bcaa in it should i stick with that or get a bcaa to mix w water.
