Los combos o las combinaciones completas, son ejercicios que llevas Estáticos y dinámicos en un mismo combo, la motivación es esencial porque si no hay motivación no hay ganas, así que hay que darle con todas las ganas, ya que podemos lograr todo lo que la mente cree.
