DAY 12 QUESTION: My 3 Healthy Habit
Being having a bad network today at work, through out the day to this evening, I have not been able to do anything online. Coming back home, as I was working on this post, I slept off. So that starts my 3 healthy habits.
Sleep: This is one habit that I can't really cut down, even if I sleep late at night, I tend to sleep till 8am to make up for the past time, that is if I am going to work. Checking my working hours, I should be at work by 9:30am or 10am at most but if I don't go to work, I may choose to wake at anytime.
Drinking Water in the Morning: I don't go a day without taking my early morning water, when I say early morning, I meant anytime I wake in the morning. Drinking water in the morning help clear my body system and energies me for the day.
Happiness: This is one trait I have chosen to stay with no matter the situation. Being happy gives me a sound mind and help reduce the stress of the day, giving me a nice look and the ability to comport myself in a stressful situation.
