My 3rd pick as one of my favourite Australian growth companies is Afterpay. (ASX code APT) Many Aussies would know this company as providing a convenient way to pay off online (and in some places in-store) purchases over 4 instalments. The company has grown rapidly over the last couple of years. They now boast a customer base of 1.8 million users (according to their website https://www.afterpaytouch.com/investor-centre ) and over 14,000 retailers.
My personal reason for investing in this company is based on their international expansion plans. Last week they launched in the U.S. market, and even a small fraction of this market is much bigger than the Australian market. If Afterpay deliver on their American growth potential, the share price and company value is bound to boom.
