While visiting my husband's uncle Juan, who lives in a small town called Atiquizaya, El Salvador, CA which is located between Ahuachapan and Chalchuapa, we went visit his 5-acre corn field. The land is actually not Juans, but he is renting it.
Juan was a hard-working man who really knew a lot about farming and gardening and harvesting and always had a great farming hand. Juan also would have the best lime trees, papaya trees and all kinds of fruit trees growing on his land where his house is since he knew the best ways to take care of the trees.

While driving to Juans house we also found out about the beautiful Rio Frio, (Cold River) which is pretty funny because the water is actually pretty hot. I already made a post about it a while ago, but I would like to share the pictures again because it is Green Day #colorchallenge and probably most of you didn't get a chance to see it, and it's absolutely beautiful.
