Putting all our trust in God and always praying to him to tell him our problems is a key way to overcome doubts and anxieties. We should learn how to talk to God whenever we feel bad or threatened. The bible tells us to bring everything to God and thank Him, and He will give us peace in our hearts. This peace is special because it does not depend on what is happening around us. The story of Peter walking on water also shows that when we focus on Jesus, we can stay strong, but when we focus on our fears, doubt begins to grow.
Putting our hope in the promises that God made to us can easily relieve us from every problems we are facing in this life. God reminds us that He is always with us and will help us. In the book of Isiah He tells us not to be afraid because He will strengthen and support us. Jesus also teaches that God cares for our needs, just like He cares for the birds and flowers. When we keep remembering these truths, praying often, and trusting God each day, our faith becomes stronger, and our worries begin to fade.
