No am not out of photos yet! 😀 Am just too occupied with lots of stuff it will take a while to get some breather so I have to work around my life off-Hive and find a way to be here a little bit more.
One of my busy schedules includes commissioning the mobile 4G and 5G network at the new Christchurch stadium. I was deployed into this job in an unusual manner, normally I get deployed to jobs through my field manager but for this I was directly called asked asked to go and commission the site by one of the top engineers of the telecommunications provider and it got my managers wondering at work 😀
So I've been under pressure to deliver as the opening of the stadium drew closer. Even the city council on site approached me and asked if the 4G/5G network will be available before opening ceremony.
The opening ceremony is now behind us and yes I managed to get the technologies on air. I still have some minor work to do, then it will be a complete wrap.
So we're looking at a brand new stadium, sorry no stats about capacity and how much it cost Christchurch but enjoy the photos. These are photos on different days that I was there for work.
I will surely go watch a game or concert someday at Te Kaha stadium one day and not be there for work.
