The Cannabis Control Commision was upset on Thursday because one of many long awaiting Massachusetts applicants, Leah Daniels, interrupted their ceremonial public meeting. Most of the news coverage were busily parroting the talking points of the CCC, that the outrageous behavior of Ms Daniels only caused further delay for the other applicants who were also waiting.

This past week, committee member Britte McBride was in the news because she is hoping to get passed, legislation which seeks to create a task force to stop the "illicit cannabis market" with threats of fines and imprisonment.
This is in spite of the people of MA having had voted for legal recreational Cannabis and home cultivation. She seems to think the people asked for a heavily taxed restricted system, obviously the people she refers to are all the political hacks who enjoy tapping the life blood of the productive.

Dismissing Ms Daniels speech to the commission as an inappropriate outburst, the committee voted themselves "done for the day", making Ms. Daniels scapegoat for further delay. The group ran scattered when confronted, with the exception of the heroic Shaleen Title. The other members don't seem to be interested in any meaningful feedback.

What Britte and the hack pack seem to fail to realize, is that by not allowing small business owners to participate in the cannabis market via pathological delay, is forcing anybody not connected with Big Weed to be a "so called" cannabis criminal. The CCC's Steven Huffman is open about the fact that the little lawyer lunch bunch has created an environment where only the well funded can exist.
Meanwhile the actual cannabis-criminals have stolen Cannabis from humanity, and hypocritically are surrounding themselves in legislation that gives them a monopoly, so they can profit off of the poor and sick. and abusively lock otherwise good people in cages. All this over a plant that is obviously meant for us to use. Perhaps The Cannabis Criminal Creation Committee would be more accurate.
