Worldwide, Doctors Without Border, an international organization dedicated to refugees and healthcare professionals, said on Thursday that the Myanmar army killed 6,700 Rohingyas in a few weeks.
According to the Doctors Without Border report, 6,700 people of minority Rohingya community were killed in the first four weeks of the violence on the Rohingya ethnic group. Among them 730 children under 5 years of age.
According to the survey conducted by the organization from August 25 to September 24, this information was based on their own opinion.
The organization said it has directly spoken to 11 thousand people of 2,434 families of Rohingya refugees in refugee camps located in Bangladesh. All of these families reach Bangladesh in the beginning of the arrival of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh. Rather than the survey, the oppression and death rate on Rohingya ethnicity in the real sense will be more in their claim.
They believe that the total number of deaths of nine thousand people has been estimated by Myanmar's military torture, destruction and arson. About 72 percent of them were victims of direct torture.
According to Doctors Without Border, an international organization of health and healthcare refugees around the world, about 600,000 Rohingya refugees have so far taken shelter in Bangladesh due to the army's downfall in Myanmar's Rakhine state.
