At the middle of this week, I finally make a decision that I will start to brisk walking on every sunny day after work except on weekends. Usually, it's not easy to make a decision to carry out for me, but, this time I really want to keep it going on not only I should lose weight for the New Year, but, I should keep a good mental outlook. Because, I am getting tired easily due to lack of adequate physical exercises, what's more, I have gained five kilograms of weight during the last year, it really freaked me out when I stood on the scales looking at the actual numerical value so that I didn't encourage stand on the scales once more. That's why I decide to go on diet and to do exercise in the following steps because it already affects my confidence and career planning. Meanwhile, I don't think I am elder enough to keep current situation, actually, I want to make a change even a little in the next three years.
I also hope I can get an expected result what I planned originally at the end of this year. As the saying goes, no pains no gains. If you want to gain something, you definitely prepare to lose something accordingly.
