Hello, good morning, friends of the community. I hope you are all well. Today I want to share with you a headband I made for a beautiful girl with a tropical theme and nature. I was inspired by colorful flowers, leaves of different shapes and sizes, and of course, birds, which I love so much.
Materials I used for my headband:
-Headband
-Foam
-Scissors
-Silicone
Here are the steps to follow:
First, we will start by cutting out some leaves to decorate our environment where the flowers and birds will be. Cut out three different designs to make it more eye-catching.
Next, we will continue making the flowers with which we will decorate our environment. First, we will cut out several petals. For this flower, I used purple. With a kitchen lighter, we shaped them in the center. I glued a rolled petal and then continued gluing the remaining petals so that it would be beautiful and eye-catching.
Then continue cutting out 5 white petals and some thin yellow strips. Continue gluing and forming a simple flower. I shaped the petals with the kitchen lighter and left them slightly raised. Finally, I decorated the center with some yellow fringes.
To finish off my beautiful tropical flowers, I continued by making a yellow one with double pointed petals and a white decoration in the center, thus completing my beautiful, simple flowers.
Next, we will start making the birds. First, we will make an adorable toucan. We will cut out its pieces, then continue gluing its beak and white plumage in the center, and finally form its face.
Next, we will continue by making an adorable flamingo. Cut out the pieces, glue on the beak and wings (we will only make half of the wings since the legs will not be visible behind the flowers), and finish by making the face.
Next, we will decorate the headband. To cover the headband, I used a strip of black foam that I glued in a rolled shape, as you can see. It's a very simple shape.
Once the headband, flowers, and birds are ready, we will continue by first taking the flowers and gluing them in the center of the headband. Then we will continue by gluing the birds in each corner. Finally, we will glue our leaves, some in the center and others in the corners to finish our natural setting, thus completing our headband.
This is the final result of my beautiful tropical bird and flower headband for a student experience. I hope you like it and find it useful because, in addition to being for this occasion, you can make home decorations with these designs.
