En cada familia hay bebidas: como jugos,merengadas y té que viene de generación en generación ,siempre las preparan y no le cambian ningún ingredientes porque así lo hacía mi abuela, jajaja . Nuestras abuelas siempre tenían una cura para cualquier tipo de malestar que estuviésemos con esos guarapos.
Hoy les quiero mostrar un té que mi abuela me hacía cuando era pequeña y tenía una gripa bastante fuerte: De repollo con naranja.
Les cuento que llegar a casa de mi abuela con mucha gripa, ella me hacía el té y me decía : tómatelo calientico y veras mi nieta que te sanas ahora mismo, no se si era la fe o la manera como me decía , que de verdad me sentía mejor.
Este té solo sabe a naranja, ya que el sabor del repollo no se siente, cuando tomas el té a mi me daba sueño, aunque me hacía orinar.
El repollo es rico en vitaminas A, B,C Y E. Además es bajo de grasa y rico en potasio y calcio.

Today I want to show you a tea that my grandmother used to make me when I was a little girl and I had a pretty bad flu: Cabbage with orange.
I tell you that when I arrived at my grandmother's house with a bad flu, she made me the tea and told me: drink it hot and you will see my granddaughter that you will get better right away, I don't know if it was the faith or the way she told me, that I really felt better.
This tea only tastes like orange, since the taste of the cabbage is not felt, when you drink the tea it made me sleepy, although it made me urinate.
Cabbage is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E. It is also low in fat and rich in potassium and calcium.

Ingredientes para la realizar el té de repollo con naranjas:
- 100 gramos de repollo.
- 1 naranja.
- 1 taza de agua.
- 80 gramos de papelón.

Preparación del té:
- Lo primero que haremos es lavar bien el repollo, si es posible dejarlo unos minutos en agua con algunas gotas de vinagre. Luego lavarlo bien con agua y picarlos en trocitos.Además picar la naranja con un cuchillo.
