Hebrews 5:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
The word of God is food to our spirit and nourishments for our soul, we should take it in, chew it in and benefit from it's nutrient, it's just like mixing when the mouth come in contact good it chews it, to make it very beneficial for the body.
If we are going to see the end result, then we must swallow it, and allow it work perfectly just like a nutritious meal for our physical body, so also does the word of God works in the body.
The whole bible is balanced diet for the body for the body, that's why we must consume the essence of the whole bible to get it's full nutritional value.
When we take in the bible it's also essential that you evangelise, pass it on to someone else, just like emptying one's bowels after food.
When we eat the word of God it helps us prepare for the challenges ahead.
The word of God gives you strength to eject out infirmities and strange presence in the body.
DESIRING AND DRINKING THE SINCERE MILK OF THE WORD.
1 Peter 2:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby
1 Peter 2:1 King James Version (KJV)
2 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
The milk is like the word of God, but before we can desire the word of God just like the above text states, we must empty our lives of unclean things which we must purge out of our lives.
As a young Christian we must desire the milk of God, apart from desiring it, we must drink from it, bathe in it, it's what makes us develop as children of God, a gradual process of God's words also means we must demonstrate the fact that we arw growing in God's word just like a young child is developing when taking whole milk, as we keep developing and growing in grace, faith, conviction, strength and courage.
All these are different perspective in which a Christian will continue to grow should they hunger, consume and utilize the word of God
1 Corinthians 3:2 New International Version (NIV)
2 I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready.

DOMINION THROUGH DIGESTING THE MEAT OF THE WORD
Through drinking the milk of the word, Christians who are babes will grow in anointing, they will have dominion, the power to face their problems and tackle it without the help or need of a seer or pastor
Hebrews 5:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
If We look at people like Daniel, Ruth and Esther they were tough people of God who went through difficult circumstances as well, but they had becomed toughened by eating the meat of the word, they never gave in the problems and persecution they passed through, but they never wavered because they have become adults on the meat of the word.
Hebrews 6:12 New King James Version (NKJV)
12 that you do not become [a]sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Hebrews 11:24 King James Version (KJV)
24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
When a Christian starts taking the meat of the word, they become very strong to select what they rather want, it's because you developed from a baby into a meat eating Christian.
People who are not strong in the meat of the word are easily swayed, giving up very easily easily when they face trials and persecutions.
Eating of the meat in the word makes a Christian develop and become very strong in the word of God and are crucified and broken making them nourished in the spirit
Romans 8:37 King James Version (KJV)
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
DELIGHT ON THE DIET OF SPIRITUAL OF YOUR OWN MANNA.
Psalm 78:25 King James Version (KJV)
25 Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.
The children of Israel were fed on Manna from heaven, they were all participants of the heavenly food and it nourished them beyond expectations. As Christians the manna of the word of God is essential for anoiting, good health and substance as well.
Psalm 105:37 King James Version (KJV)
37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
