Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
Empecé mi día bastante tarde ya que estaba bastante cansado, me desperté, hice algunos estiramientos y empecé mi día intentando ser lo más productivo posible, no hice mucho fisicamente a lo largo del día hasta las 7pm más o menos que salí a la tienda en la que trabaja un amigo a comprarme unos nuevos tenis de basket, ya que justo me estaban invitando a ir a jugar, fui, estuve un rato y pude comprar lo tenis y dar vueltas en mi bici.
I started my day quite late as I was quite tired, I woke up, did some stretching and started my day trying to be as productive as possible, I didn't do much physically throughout the day until 7pm or so I went out to the store where a friend works to buy some new basketball shoes, as they were just inviting me to go play, I went, I was a while and I was able to buy the shoes and ride my bike around.
Al final me terminé comprando unas PG6, fui a jugar basket con los muchachos y jugamos al rededor de 2 horas y medias, se jugo bastante bien y poco a poco veo mejoría en mi juego y salto, me fui a mi casa a descansar y estirar para relajar el cuerpo y poder comer.
In the end I ended up buying some PG6, I went to play basketball with the guys and we played for about 2 and a half hours, I played pretty well and little by little I see improvement in my game and jumping, I went home to rest and stretch to relax the body and eat.
