a entrenar free y giros.
Hello, Hive and SWC members! Today I'm sharing my second workout of the week, focused on dynamics and planks. This time, I trained first at the gym with
and also trained my new student. After finishing the routine, I went to
's house to train free and do spins.
I went to the pool first, as I told you, because I was going to train my new student and I wanted to train the plank well, and I train it much better in the pool. I started with a few attempts at the straddle, doing three attempts with combos of lifts and negatives using force, then I continued with tuck adv holds, trying to focus on technique and posture. After a long tuck adv hold, I went up to a handstand using force. I did four sets of this, then I continued with 3 sets to failure of 90-degree straddle planche holds. I finished the planche training with a 3x3x3 in lean planche, taking care of my form as much as I could. I did 3 sets of this. My student also trained push-ups and finished at almost the same time as me. From there, I went with Chiqui to Luis's house, where my other students and the boys were, to do some dynamic exercises. I focused specifically on practicing my turns since I was very heavy, so I only did doubles in different grips and 360x540. I was here for about 40 minutes before going home and arriving a little frustrated because I felt a little weaker since I had slept poorly due to work. Stubbornly, I did many sets of assisted handstand push-ups against the wall and some balance combos. This took away my frustration and allowed me to finish the training in the best way possible.
