Hello! Very good morning, afternoon and evening to all the Hive community, I hope you have a great Thursday. Next, I share with you this original poem in this great community as it is Blockchain Poets this is called candle, this poem is very recent, I wrote it a few days ago while we are still recovering my website, the inspiration to write it in particular is because usually in my country there are many constant blackouts that appear from one moment to another, In one of those mentioned blackouts I was analyzing some interesting things and with the loss of electricity I lost my ideas and the first thing I did was to look for a candle to locate my mom and we started to talk about everything a little, then the hours passed and the electricity did not arrive, I lay down another time in my bed thinking while the electricity arrived and well from there the inspiration for this poem, as always I look forward to your comments, and of course you like it very much.

Habiendo experimentado apagones peores.

Another night thinking about tomorrow,
In a brief flicker,
The lights go out in the housing development,
And I'm still thinking about what will happen.
The first thing I look for is a candle,
Without losing my cool,
I'm calm and a little tired,
Having experienced worse blackouts.
There is silence everywhere,
This silence is a pleasure,
My mother is with me,
And she's a balm for me.
I don't want to think about what will happen,
Everything is fine there,
Only before I sleep I'll think of the joy of living,
I'll lie down while the electricity comes.
Isaías 5:20
Woe to you who call evil good, and good evil; who turn light into darkness, and darkness into light; who turn bitter into sweet, and sweet into bitter!
Isaiah 5:20
