les voy a enseñar como adaptarles estos paquetes de muelles de un Jac sisterna ya que estos muelles antes de adaptarlo en el vehículo hay que comerle en las puntas para que puedan encajar en las bases originales en un cargo 1921 que es donde vamos a adaptarlo

acá ya tenemos las puntas de los muelles esmeriladas con la medida original del camión cargo 1721 después de eso nos toca dirigirnos hacia donde esta el vehículo dañado porque no lo podemos transladar hacia nuestro taller

este camión cargo sisterna es de el cuerpo de bomberos del municipio Benítez, El Pilar Estado Sucre, Venezuela. Antes de todo desmontamos el muelle que esta dañado y nos damos cuenta que los muelles que vamos a adaptar son más corto que los que tiene montado porque ya este camión le habían adaptado unos muelles de otro vehículo lo que resulta ser que la persona que lo adaptó no supo hacer el trabajo ya que estos vehículos tienen doble función al cargarlo.

This sisterna cargo truck is from the fire department of the Benítez municipality, El Pilar, Sucre State, Venezuela. Estamos montando el primer paquete de muelles, tuvimos que quitar una de las bases donde reposa el auxiliar

Como les hable anteriormente los muelles eran un poco más corto, abrimos agujeros nuevos en el chasis para agarrar la base donde va sujeto los gemelos de la parte trasera, gracias a un equipo de oxicorte se los hizo más facil abrir los agujeros. Ya por lo menos estamos apretando la primera base de la parte del chofer

Nos dirigimos a nuestro taller y corte dos pedazos de viga 8 de 1/20 para hacerle la base donde van a reposar el muelle, le dimos un corte a la viga de esta forma ya que esto ira soldado y al momento por alguna razón tengan que sacar las grampas sea fácil al momento de desarmar.

Como se observa les puse dos hojales de muelle a la viga para el recorrido al momento de cargar el tanque de este vehículo los muelles puedan cumplir su función correctamente porqué anteriormente el que hizo el trabajo solamente trabajaban las maestra del vehículo, no trabajaba auxiliares y maestra al mismo tiempo. Nos toca con electrodo 70/18 soldar la base que construimos de un extremo a otro para poder hacer la adaptación tal y como queremos.
Después de este trabajo la alcaldía del municipio Benítez tiene un sisterna Jac con la capacidad de un tanque de 10.000 litros igual como el que tiene el camión de los bomberos, traimos el camión Jac cargado y le pasamos la carga al camión cargo 1721 para que las personas que mandaron hacer el trabajo se fijarán en como es que deben de trabajar estos muelles de estos vehículos porque de nada vale que trabajenblas maestras solas y los auxiliares no cumplan su función
