Hello fellow Steemians!
I'm still new in this platform and this is my second post. I'm trying my best to explore here on Steemit world. And now, I will share some of my stories.
Six months ago, I was thinking of something new to do. My partner gave me camera as a birthday gift to me and then I decided to join a group of nature photographers. I really enjoy it and I'm learning a lot from them. I find it very interesting.
Today, I will start posting some of my bird photos that I took around our house for practice.
SUN BIRD (Male)
SUN BIRD (Female)
The common name for this bird is "tamsi" here in the Philippines. As we can observe, the male has a metallic blue color on his upper breast while the female is only bright yellow color. In size, the male is a little bit bigger than female.
BLACK HEADED MUNIA
We called it "mayang pula" in the Philippines. They can be found in grassy areas. We commonly see these birds outside our garden where the grass is higher.
YELLOW-VENTED BULBUL
They are common in the garden and grasslands. If we have some leftovers like breads and fruits, we always put some on our garden and they come easily and eat it.
SPARROWS
These Sparrows are one of many kinds. These little brown birds are one of our regular visitors. Every morning, they make a lot of noise waking everbody up and also to let us know that its feeding time.
I hope you enjoy looking at my photos. If ever I made a mistake in naming it, please let me know.
Thank you for taking time to read my post.
