Since I was a child it's already my hobby to create stuffs related to art aside from DIY's, sketching & coloring books, I also love to paint. I'm so enthusiastic when it comes to arts but as we grow up, our interests and priorities in life also grow and sometimes we run out of time for other stuff that we wish we have time for.
Two years ago, I finally decided to use this hidden talent of mine again. I love to paint the nature but before I started with colorful and ladscape paintings, I begin with Silhouettes.
A silhouette is the image of a person, animal, object or scene represented as a solid shape of a single color, usually black. ( Source: Wikipedia )
In my own opinion, to be a better painter you should start by painting less. I started w/ Silhouette painting (remember: less is more! 😀). I started using 2-3 colors. I like the combination of black & white. It's simple yet bold. Then I add more colors.
