Today, at 8:35 in the morning, the plane that brought me back from Cuba landed. They have been exactly 42 days living incredible experiences, some with my son and others with my friends.
By the way, also very different from the other two trips I did last year. The truth is that this trip taught me many things about me, for example, how I changed after living 10 years outside of Cuba, in Germany and how much.
Havana and Cuba in general is an experience that I recommend to everyone.
It is so different from any country I have visited, even from the region. There we live day by day, the future is always uncertain and that is why we live intensely everything as if there were no tomorrow.
Well, having my child with me is something that, as I said before, is a dream come true is a dream come true.
Also, to see him develop in that environment so different to Germany with a lot of naturalness, as if he had always lived there. That fills me with incredible pride, to know that his Cuban part has been present in him all the time and that he only needed to be there to see it flourish.
And the neighborhood life too. Sitting with my neighborhood friends on the curb to try to "fix the world" talking is something I always miss in Germany. At any time, the same in the morning, at noon or at night.
I will write about all those wonderful experiences that I had and many will be accompanied by photos. The truth is that I even forgot to take pictures many times, so strong was what I was living that I could not think of doing it.
Oh Cuba! I will miss you very much until I return to you again.
Juanmi
