Today is Saturday Orange...
Yesterday, I went to the public market and look what I found... sweet potato "camote" in orange, lucky me! I seldom find this kind of camote. The usual is white, yellow and purple.
I bought just 2 kilos and cooked them right away when I arrived at home.
See the picture, that's how I eat camote, I mashed it first then sometimes I drizzled it with chocolate powder like milo and powdered milk, just like a child hehehe... some of my teeth are gone now.
