For my Freestyle Collage No. 75, my theme is "the glowing sapphire water nymph" named Weydria. I loved designing this theme as I like working with water images. I discovered a unique free-sourced image of a female immersed in water. The feeling I get from viewing the photo was that she lights up the ocean for all sea creatures to find their way. She is surrounded by the creatures. A hand is upon her shoulders. Perhaps a parent of the deep. I love her smile as though she is happy in her element.
I share with you my concept of The Glowing Sapphire Princess of the Deep.
In creating my theme, it knew it would be totally immersed underwater. I didn't want to crowd the space, but the water nymph provided the opportunity to extract additional fish from the ones surrounding her. I expounded on this idea.
For the underwater environment, I chose an LMAC landscape image to accompany the nymph:
With my images assembled, I uploaded all into the Canva, my design program. Below are my procedures I took to blend the images. In the procedures, you'll see how my upgraded Annual Pro Membership Subscription works for me with the pro features and tools.
To a blank, white canvas, I added the underwater feature.
Colorized the underwater feature; resized it to fill the canvas, then duplicated the bottom portion.
Added the water nymph.
Duplicated the nymph to fill the bottom half of the screen and also added additional fish to each side. Created a lovely underwater image with the colors contained in the image.
Added the green planet ring and bulbs to the sea nymph's head.
To the sea nymph, I added a fractal mask and an initial for her name, and a chain for the initial.
I added the LMAC landscape image.
Removed landscape background; duplicated it; then resized and repositioned both on opposite sides of the screen.
Below is my completed freestyle collage:
Thanks for your visit. I appreciate it. I hope you like my freestyle collage theme.
